Your first session on LiftTalk is a 10-minute trial starting from $4.99 (the exact price depends on the coach you pick — one trial per new user). After that, we ask if you want to continue at the regular per-minute rate.

End the session when you're ready — you only pay for the minutes you use. There's no minimum and no subscription.
